Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Botnas Ltd ("we"). By using Botnas you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1The service

Botnas helps you manage Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts with automatic replies, Live Chat, posts, insights and ad reports. Botnas is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. It works through Meta's APIs, so features may change or stop if Meta changes them.

2Your account

You must be 18 or over and allowed to manage the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you connect. You log in with Facebook and are responsible for what happens in your account.

3Acceptable use

Follow these terms and Meta's terms and policies, including the Community Standards and the rules for Messenger and Instagram messaging. Do not use Botnas to:

• send spam or messages people did not ask for;
• share illegal, harmful, sexual, violent or misleading content;
• collect or sell data about people;
• break, overload, copy or reverse engineer Botnas.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4Your content

Your messages, replies, posts and other content stay yours. You allow us to use them only to run Botnas for you. You are responsible for the replies and content you set up.

5Plans and payments

• Some features need a paid monthly or yearly plan. The price is shown before you pay.
• You can pay by card through our payment provider, or manually or through an authorised Botnas reseller.
• A plan gives you access for the period you paid for. Taxes may apply.
• Refunds are given where the law requires them. If you have a problem with a payment, contact us.

6Ending your use

You can stop using Botnas at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if Meta removes our access, or if we stop the service. We will tell you in advance where we can.

7Availability and liability

Botnas is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, for example when Meta's services are down. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and tell you in the app about important changes. If you keep using Botnas, you accept the new terms.

9Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
